Privacy Policy

Last updated: 21 October 2026.

The short version

SSYouTube (ssyoutube.app) does not ask you to create an account or give a name, an email address or a password to use the tool.

What we handle

• The link you paste. It is sent to our server so the tool can look up the file on YouTube. We do not link it to a profile, because there are no profiles.
• Technical data. Our servers and our network provider, Cloudflare, process standard technical data such as your IP address, browser type, the page requested and the time. This is used to keep the service running and to protect it from abuse.
• Messages you send us. If you email [email protected], we keep the message and your address so we can answer it.

Cookies and measurement

We keep cookies to a minimum and the tool does not need a login cookie. If we add an analytics tool to this site, we will update this page to say so.

Other services

The files you save come from YouTube, which has its own privacy policy. Links to other websites are covered by those websites' policies, not this one.

Children

SSYouTube is not aimed at children under 13.
