About SSYouTube

What SSYouTube does

SSYouTube saves YouTube videos as MP4 files or as MP3 audio. Paste the link, pick the format and quality you want, and download the file to your device.

How it works

1. Copy the link of the video you want to save.
2. Paste it into the box at the top of the page.
3. Choose MP4 or MP3 and a quality level, then download the file.

You do not need an account to use SSYouTube.

What it cannot do

Private videos, deleted videos and region-locked videos cannot be downloaded. The quality of the file also depends on the quality of the original upload.

Your responsibility

Most YouTube videos and their music are protected by copyright. Download only content you own, content in the public domain or under a license that allows it, or content you have permission to save.

Independent service

SSYouTube is an independent website. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by YouTube. YouTube and its logos belong to their owners.
